What I love about Mike, is that he takes his hard work and beast body goes around the world and actually has fun with it, then takes us along. Just a little inspiration for us little gym guys even thought 99% of us probably wont experience this lifestyle (even if it is curated or for youtube) it gives a little push to our psyche.. like that Lamborghini poster on a our wall as a little boy

What I really enjoyed about this video was seeing how much fun everyone was having while engaging in physical activities. *Well yeah, you can't just train with straight forward mood, no fun, no laughs but just seriousness, that would suck honestly.. 😅 It's better to have fun and enjoy the training sessions, like stay inna good mood with a big smile on your face all the time.. That's how you should train at the gym and also you should love what you're doing, you should really appreciate and enjoy each and every moment being there doing what you love, that's when you'll notice a rise in your self motivation for the gym..* 🤗

I have no idea how long you have been training, but I can tell you that if you stay with it long enough, you will have phases where life intervenes and the fun factor diminishes. It is then that your discipline has to carry you through the sessions even when they are not so fun.
