It's a great way to see the country. So relaxed. We don't know when we will be on the K&A. We don't have to many plans.

Just watched your latest video. Nice. Those Sunseekers are something else. If you like plastic stink boats. We are also planning to sail after we finish our Narrowboat travels in a few years. We plan on buying a yacht in Europe and sailing back to Australia.

Hi Andy. We still have the farm. Its de stocked and It's in hibernation. We love the canals and when we are ready will will sell the boat and buy a yacht to sail back to Australia.

Yes we put everything in the bin. We spend a lot of time cleaning up as we go through locks. I hate seeing rubbish laying around.

bixrog its a shame the only thing you was really worried about is wether they disposed of the rug safely.....im guessing they did...they look decent humans and no other reason to doubt otherwise....but......even if they didnt could you really blame a visitor to the uk seeing the disgusting and clear evidence we dont seem to care about our surroundings so why should they.........I have no doubt it went in a bin but dont harrass them over it we should be ashamed of the state of the place to be honest

Hi Marten. I have found that most big cities are the same all over the world. It's just how the modern human race works I suppose. We love all parts of Britain. We are enjoying every aspect of it. We meet fantastic people on the towpath and after a bit of prodding they don't mind a good chin wag with an Aussie.

I thought some of the graffiti was awesome. I'm sure I saw a banksy in there!

Ahhhh...I hadn't realised you were splitting your time between here and Oz. The Peterborough Beer Festival really is great. I'd recommend anyone to make the trip. Well over 300 different beers, wines and ciders too, soft drinks for the drivers, great music and a really good atmosphere!

We did go through Middlewitch but I can't remember a double lock. So much to remember.

Hi Corrie. Let John know that so far we have worked every lock ourselves, however once we get onto the Thames apparently the locks are electric. No, you don't have to pay to use the locks as it's all covered in your cruising license fee. I loved John's beer review. Not Bad.

While viewing the footage of the trash and graffiti, I thought the same.... too often, folks tend to leave out the "not so great" which tends to give a false sense of glamor to all the stuff we see on youtube. Great footage!
