I really miss Nami on these videos. I loved them when she was a part of the videos. Just isn't the same for me. I enjoyed the cooking together and the closeness they shared. Was more a family atmosphere. Now there's no talking or closeness. Just a meal.

Squid fry or squid curry... Both look so delicious, making it so difficult to choose. The squid, loaded with the taste of the ocean, laced with spices, drizzled with coconut oil and smothered by crushed shallots and the freshest curry leaves....that heavenly aroma has travelled all the way from your kitchen ,Bincy, to my home!! Had I known you were going to enjoy this splendid feast alone, I would not even wait for an invitation to be your guest! . The food which you prepare every time is so very, very tempting. Respect you Bincy for all the hard work you put in from cleaning more than a kilo of squid, equally a generous amount of shallots.....a task most of us run away from doing!.... dehusking coconut, grinding whole spices( no short cuts, no packaged spices, no mixy) E V E R Y T H I N G, pounded and ground by hand . As always, your superb cooking skills win all my praise. God bless you Bincy for setting such a wonderful example to all, the TV serial ) gossip obsessed ladies. Of course , unquestionably the videography deserves full marks.Congratulations to the Wetlands team! and a big thank you.
