LOVED the triangle canvas! I only wish you used a silicone mat underneath to catch/dry/use the skins leftover!! But the canvas itself was gorgeous!!!

Thanks! I do not show that process in my videos, however I do very often save the beautiful drip patterns from each pour. They dry in flat flexible pieces which I cut up as needed to use in other projects such as mixed media artwork, jewelry, and for magnets. :)

Beautiful work. Do you seal them with resin or anything once dry?

Thank you! The pour paintings typically take 24-48 hours to dry to the touch, however I prefer to wait to add a finishing coat until the paint has fully cured, about 4 weeks. I do a number paintings at once using thin coats of Liquitex High Gloss Varnish to both bring back the glossy look and protect the pigments from UV damage.

What was used to make cells so big in flip cup?? Beautiful

Thank you! I used Unicone Art silicone and a small heat gun to bring more cells to the surface (links to each in description box). When I tilted to cover the canvas, that also stretched some of the cells making them larger~ :)

I'm just new to this. Do you advise, types of paint , how much paint does this take or how do you judge amounts? Is there an additive in the paint, mediums, silicone? These may seem like stupid questions but I don't know the answers.

Acrylic pouring involves acrylic paint and a medium to thin its consistency. What you use to thin can vary and is completely up to your personal preference - Liquitex Pouring Medium, Golden PM, Artist Loft PM, Floetrol, Glue-All, just water, etc, or a combination of multiple of these. I suggest playing around on a smaller scale to discover what mix you prefer. I add silicone only when I am wanting to create cells - such as in a flip cup or swipe - typically only a drop or two. The amount of paint needed for each pour will depend on the size of the canvas, the viscosity of the paint, and how much wiggle room you want for pouring off sections of the pattern to keep others, so I don't have a set formula.
