I just received mine last night, haven’t used it yet. I was able to purchase the Lifepro blanket for a little over $100 during Prime Days💕 A dear friend has been recommending infrared sauna blankets to me for a couple of years, I couldn’t use one because I was on Fentanyl patches for years and had to avoid getting too hot. I had to go without my Fentanyl patches for around a week because there are always shortages of patches, after going through that, I never went back on Fentanyl, it’s been three months now and I’m praying that this helps, and your video was very helpful.

Great review and guide to using one of these! I only knew about them because this is the second video I've watched for one. As you observe, it seems like an investment in the space to store it and the need to clean it each time even though the price is pretty moderate if you get much use out of it. Using the sauna time to watch Goku Runner videos is an ace tip!!

I got mine a few days ago and have been enjoying it though I’m not sweating much. Maybe I’ll try the sweats next time. I thought that they would prevent heat from getting to my skin so interesting that you get warmer wearing them. I got the large size so I could easily turn over in it and it’s pretty easy to get in and out of….far larger than I needed perhaps but I didn’t want that body bag feel. I can get claustrophobic in tight spaces or like wearing a wetsuit and I get none f those vibes in mine. Thanks for your review as I surf through looking for hints from other owners.
