@drrockkso8882
@drrockkso8882 9 ай бұрын
I can't tell if those plotlines appeal to the LMN demo because IRL they used to be the bullies, or because they were the ones who got bullied. Like, are Lifetime moms watching these movies as a vicarious fantasy of getting revenge on the bitches who bullied them in high school? Or are they watching it as a horror movie because they're afraid that the losers they bullied in high school will eventually reappear one day and get revenge on them?

Lifetime movies are a fascinating glimpse into the mind of bored, paranoid suburban housewives. Their lives are so dull and unfulfilling that they fantasize about horrible shit happening to their family just to break the monotony. It's why Lifetime movies appeal to them so much. If I didn’t know better I’d say that Lifetime doesn’t pay writers for their tv movie scripts. It would have been so funny if there was another scene where the teacher cut and paste her head over the husband’s after making out with the wife.

18:39 I cannot believe the stalker says “Hi Jack, Bye Jack” in a movie ALSO starring the actor who plays Mikey Palmice in Sopranos, who says that exact thing before killing Chris’s friend in S1

My mom watches Lifetime and Hallmark movies non stop. No wonder she's so insane. Those movies are fever dreams with a budget of a happy meal.

Seeing that Clangers uploaded a new video made me more excited than I'd like to admit. Is this really my life? Excited over a video edit for a clip I've already seen? I'm gay

The fact too that the husband in "You Can Never Go Home Again" is Omar Gooding needs to be brought up more. Aka Mo from "Smart Guy" and the younger brother of Cuba Gooding Jr.
