Hello Aysel, I discovered you some weeks ago, after trying other face massage channels. I like you the most because you don't talk more than you show us the massages techniques and also you are very serene and you give clear instructions! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. If this lymphatic massage can't be done on a daily basis, could you post a daily full face massage for day and night? I am noticing some saggy jaws now and would like to improve this !!!

Здравствуйте Тамара. Всё зависит от его продолжительности. Если это быстрый массаж пятиминутка, то можно выполнять его каждый день, но если вы его будете выполнять долго и основательно, то его не рекомендуется делать чаще 2-3 раз в неделю ❤
