Ive been lifting for 35 years. All natty. One thing I have always learned is more frequency or more sets never equal gains.

Out of novice phase benching 365? No one at my two gym branches has done that in 1-1/2 years. So this is intermediate world class power lifting. This is not public going to the gym to get in shape intermediate.

Is strength level a good way to see if what level you are at ? 😊

Do you mean the "Strength Level" online one rep max calculator? I find that to be a useful guesstimator for aligning load with reps per set across varied rep ranges. I had a good run of OHP 3x wk (5 x 5, 3 x 9 to 12, 4 x 6 to 8). The Strength Level calculator was helpful. I still have to put the weight on the bar, lift it and feel it. Sometimes I can do more or less than what's suggested.

Kinda, but no. It's when u cant make progess work out to workout and now becomes weekly. This will prob be high 300s squat mid 200s bench if u r a average guy.

Not at all, it’s just based on how frequently you can progress your lifts. Novices can progress multiple times per week to weekly, intermediates progress weekly to monthly, and advanced lifters need periodized training to progress by the macrocycle. And even then it’s an arbitrary title cuz are we talking 1rms, 3rms, 5rms, are we rotating movements conjugate style and always hitting new 1rms? These titles are effectively meaningless
