I’ve been using Lift mode for many years now to get my supplements and natural herbs etc and figured I’d do a review. I know a lot of people have been down lately and here are some things that you can take to help you get more active and help your mind through times like these.

Just be sure you aren't mixing that kanna with the 5-htp

Juat Like any substance. Use at your own risk and don’t make it a daily thing.

was thinking combining kratom and kanna but got a question, i usaly take 30-90 MG dxm with the phenibut to potanate, if i were to do kratom and kanna hearing it makes your eyes big that i would maby want to not take the DXM the day use the kanna?

Matt In The Hat yes for sure. Just be very careful with it. It comes on fast and strong

kanna doesn’t do much phenibut has more of a pronounced feeling

Yeah I did alot of their kanna extract in all methods suggested to take it, just hoping to feel general happiness but ended up feeling pretty much nothing. It's a SSRI and some people are totally unresponsive to those drugs.

I feel responsible now to also say that phenibut is disgustingly counterintuitive to mental health. It's self indulgent, you really need discipline and determination to move your mind where it needs to be. It's not even about those things specifically that help, it's your viscaeral self becoming conscious of the faulty circuitry. You can't be real enough to grip pure life changing willpower if you rely on drugs, completely impossible.

For the Kanna do you put under your tongue or do just swallow it

Depends on what form you took. Regular kanna root maybe 15/13 min. Kava extract 10 min till huge come up then 45 mjn

should be a once MABY twice week thing. but if your someone taht will take any drug infront og them when there D.o.C isent aviable then definatly yes its a trap.
