If you are managing a group of people, you can find all the tools you need in one place, central search built-in to find information with a click, chat built in to centralize comms for teams + with google integration you can work directly with google products inside liftOS. Productivity software mostly similar in functionality but differ in how they pack and present the functions. Would love if you try liftOS maybe you'll see how the packaging and presentation of tools can save time away from context switches 🫶

How do we sync the to-do tasks like you make note of around 8 minutes into the video?

Hey Mitch, simply using the search bar at the top of any app library to find apps from other Spaces you'd like to sync. Another click to that App syncs it to the Space you are currently in 🙌

This looks very good! Will there be a desktop app or is it just going to be online? If there will be an app, will it be able to work offline? edit: Also, can the data be backed up locally? Like an import and export feature?

Hey there, thanks for the great questions 🙌 We have a Mac and Windows app, offline mode is currently not possible but it's coming soon! Regarding storage location all is on the Cloud 🫶

Guys, the tool doesn't look bad but the name and the marketing approach doesn't feel professional at all, calling an app an operating system is misleading at best and hurts the image of the product imo Also no hate, just trying to let you guys know another perspective of the marketing campaign

🫶 thanks for the comment - we try to not use operating system in marketing comms, liftOS is a productivity workspace, the name is for what we want to create and build towards. We are big believers in building a knowledge-worker operating system that is hardware integrated. We focus only on the software aspect now but treat liftOS like an operating system to manage tools, knowledge, information and people.

Given half the Notion Gurus out there on KZfaq are promoting Notion as a "LIfe OS" It's not really a tough leap of the mind to get our heads around given this app titles itself as a Productivity app too. Not sure I'd say it's misleading.

It doesn't look bad at all and is packed with some useful features. The only thing missing is the ability to have virtual (video) meetings within the app. Additionally, how many people can you invite (add) to work on a project? I ask because I generally have up to 25 people working on a film project at any given time. All of them are not "admins" but I need to be able to communicate and take advantage of the software's features with all of them for every film.

A very simple and easy to use planning & management tool that I can use more like a workspace with the native Google Drive integration. I get that some people are confused by the name containing "OS" but just a name - think of it like a productivity workspace.
