I can see putting these flakes in the tails of lizards, claws of craws and in the belly of laminated swim baits line the 3" crappie slayer. The possibilities are entless.

I think we gotta see them with a translucent color. Lots of possibilities if they still charge and glow this well.

Woah, glow in the dark glitter? That is pretty cool. I bet if you left them on the boat deck in the sun the effect would be pretty bright when tossed down into the drink.

Oh 100% - I put them in the UV box for only 30 sec or so and got this... extended sunlight would, no doubt, 10x em!

This one should definitely be the outer body of a core shot with something like a chartreuse core color.

I am interested in two things. First, I would be interested in how pigments in the bait impact the charging and glow of the flakes. That is a huge test needed to be done. The other issue is color. Most fish cannot see blue and green light. So, it'd be interesting to see how the same baits, using different color flakes, behave when night fishing for different species of fish. Studies show bass see red and purple better than any color, so it'd be neat to see if this applies to glowing baits as well.

Don't think it needs limited to night fishing. Any dirty dark water should cause a glow. Middle of the lake

Yeah, I think it depends on the amount of flake (the bigger baits with more in them definitely lasted longer) and what your “charge” source is. While I was using a UV light for less than a minute, laying them out on a sunny day would, I’ll get, charge them better and get a longer result.

@@russmaxwell4809 I reheated it with other remelt, so unfortunately, it was lost in the shuffle. You can call Barlow’s though, they test their products and may have an answer for you!
