1 cup pureed fruits
1 tbsp vanilla

1/4 tsp clove
1 tbsp lemon zest
fruit mix
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup prunes
1/2 cup cherries

I made this cake for xmas,it was absolutely delicious, I used my black cake fruit mix, turned out amazing. This year i will try your version. Your are an amazing cook and baker.keep up the good work.

I used salted butter. If you use unsalted butter add 1/2 tsp salt

The top of the cake is crunchy when it comes out the oven that's normal, it softens up after it's cooled.
