I am currently playing this music to assist a little young person go to sleep. This young person has been through so much trauma as a child and night time is a trigger. I always sleep much deeper out side. I think we like the sound of the outside. The crickets chirping softly and the grass blowing gently with a little gurgle from a creek a ways away. Or the sound of low patter of rain on the fabric of a tent. And the smell of fresh air cleanses by rain

I’m in a weird place in life right now, lost the only person I really cared about so I just kinda feel lost again. I can't fall asleep until the sun rises..some nights I get an hour or two but wake screaming and the air in my room feels heavy like something is sitting on the end of my bed looking at me, and Ive been punching on with grown men most of my life and nothing Ive felt makes me so terrified..I'm paralyzed with fear..I can hardly breathe, PTSD apparently..I think rain is comforting because it reminds us we are warm and safe and sheltered

For those trying to sleep...Try to picture a little boy called GEORGIE playing in the street as the rain falls, as it hits the ground at a progressively rapid rate little georgies paper boat hes been playing with suddenly sails toward the gutter. Whats that in the gutter? Looks like a clown? GEORGIE walks towards the gutter......i forget the next bit but here you can add bits just make sure it ends with Georgie being eaten by a scary clown with massive fangs for teeth. Honestly it works for me everytime
