Needed one of these for a separate project, so with the aid of simple tools and electronic parts, this magnificent instrument was born.

@@roundgarage True it took me a long time to learn to play my Theremin. Now having to relearn the light control could be tricky.

@@roundgarage Yes, reminds me of that a lot. Make some more of those and you'll have a spooky orchestra, all working from the same cell, so that one controller is needed, or maybe with two photo-cells for a two-handed control. I loved it!
