Hi, I have a little shed made of cob in central europe and I wonder if I could build a light stray clay wall attached to the existing cob wall to provide extra insulation to the shed. The outer side of the light straw clay wouln´t be exposed to the air but to the cob wall. Would that be a problem?

Seems cool, but I think I would rather use the whole straw bail. But this is a great alternative if you don't have alot of money and the bails in your area cost alot.

Poor mike quality, could barely hear anything you said, and you didn't explain the most important part, how to make a proper clay water mixture. Even a perfect mix and density combination will only produce an R=value of about 1.6 per inch, so why is your wall so thin ? I estimate at best you will get an R value of 6 out of it
