This is specifically designed to help adults in their mental health recovery journey. Facilitated by Rebecca Wolfslau, LPC, and Felisa Schneider, MS, these sessions offer a pro-recovery space to share experiences, reduce stigma, and explore if mental health treatment is right for you.
Group Details:
• When: Fridays, 12:30-1pm PST (2:30pm CST, 3:30pm EST)
• Facilitators: Rebecca Wolfslau, LPC (National Director of Admissions) and Felisa Schneider, MS (Admissions Counselor)
Who Can Join:
• Adults actively experiencing mental health challenges.
• Not intended for family, friends, or providers to ensure a safe and focused environment.
What to Expect:
• Safe, supportive discussions on mental health.
• Moderated by experienced facilitators.
• Camera-on environment for better connection.
• One-hour sessions with fluid conversations prompted by quotes or topics.
