In this backyard fireworks video, I lit off my favorite kinds of fireworks. I lit some of my favorite salute firework cakes off in this video! Yes, I did legally purchase all the fireworks at firework stores. I did not buy any of these fireworks from anywhere special. Just from firework stores/tents in Missouri! I got these roman candles called Thundershock. Looks like they might be loud. I also got candles -whistling/w report called Tracer shells.

I think we are in the same state. The place I think you got the budget shells is never open when I go. Wild side is sold out and the replacement is double the price now. I bought 6 of them last year.

I bought one last year at what im assuming is the same price/place and never shot it off. I figured this year I'd buy a second one and shoot both off at the same time this year. Come to find its double the price 😞. So probably won't be buying a second one

@@Slumee To me this stuff has always kinda been a gray area. Technically they're illegal however as far as you the customer are concerned, as long as you don't say anything to the police or ATF you should be fine. Its more of a risk for the people selling the stuff to people like us lol. Just be safe and cautious with salutes/overloades

When you said the loudest salutes you can legally buy without a permit. They arnt a legal firework to begin with on the consumer market. Just so ya know 😅 those shells are a 1.3G salute we call them 1.75 super thunder on the 1.3 industry

@@ch26-z9w Hi Cody, Yes that is correct 16 CFR 1500.17(a)(3) limits aerial fireworks devices to 130 mg (2 grains) of pyrotechnic composition intended to product an audible effect. Aerial devices, which are devices that are launched into the air and then function, that have an audible effect larger than 130mg are banned fireworks devices. This limit applies to many types of fireworks, including but not limited to: rockets; aerial bombs, and firecrackers or other types of reports included in aerial devices such as multi-tube shells and aerial rockets. Kits and components intended to produce any of these are also subject to this limit. Salutes are 40G+ and we’ll outside of the the legal allowed device and are 1.3G under the law basically the factory lies and slaps a label on them that’s all Hope that helps some clarity Steve Certified Minnesota Display Operator
