So are both the blades made out of plastic or is the Legacy blade die cast? In the product description it says it has diecast parts? Is the only thing diecast also the hilt of the sword the like the Lightning collection version? I'd appreciate if you could verify. Thank you!

219 is pretty expensive but I do like the blade light up feature. plus the fact that I missed out on the legacy version make meet want to get it great review. Whens it suppose to hit store

I just purchased the lightning collection power sword in Canada.... $500. The Legacy everything was way cheaper. The Legacy Red Ranger helmet was only about 150. The lightning collection one is about $250. And it has considerably cheaper materials. They ditched the good quality of the legacy line, and replaced it with cheaply made overpriced comparable products. Kick to the nuts! power up!

Say, you got the LC Power Lance? It seems good as a companion piece for the LC Power Sword. Also, the Power Sword's light-up gimmick is totally following Laser Blade physics, if you still remember the Tamashii Lab Laser Blade.

The red part of the sword looks better on the lighting version but the other part of the sword looks better on the legacy one.

At least the other Power Weapons are coming down the pipeline, unlike Bandai America where they were extremely shortsighted and had a "we'll wait and see" approach. Still not touching it at this price point, though.
