Ok...this has to be the best advertising that Skil could ask for! "So light a 4 year old can do your lawn work but powerful enough that you won't want them to!". Love this!

I have 18 volt Ryobi yard tools but you are very convincing 40V Skil is better. Thanks Mike for your honest reviews and Thanks Skil for sending Mike NEW tools to review! I even signed up for Skil Emails for new product this weekend because of this channel. I will be adding some Skil cordless woodworking tools soon to balance out my Ryobi collection after watching several of Mikes reviews on Skil. BTW I do not know Mike personally. I have just watched several of his reviews recently and he does an excellent job explaining every detail of a tool and the pros and cons.

Thanks for the review brother. I am about to buy a weed eater and blower and after buying a couple of Skil other offerings I was hoping to find some reviews. Skil is about the best on the market for the DIY. I have their top of the line reciprocating saw, their XP 2x20 rear handle beast and have their new XP 7.25 circular saw on order. They are hard to beat for the money in my opinion. Again thank you.

Smaeone gave me their 40v skil mower because they had no battery and charger so i bought this blower at $119 yesterday, sold my dewalt 60v blower (bare tool) for $120 so came out on too if you ask me. Fhis blower really is so light. Definitely notice a power difference compared to the DeWalt, the dewalt being more powerful but for the weight and cost, its not much different at all. I say well worth it. Now i just gotta figure lut where the best battery deals are for these skil priducts. They cost so much

Rigth now i'm un the look for a new table saw, but down here is much more expensive and hard to get a good one, so finally i found the rigth one at amazon, but before i get it I'll like to know if there's a chance for you to coment me about it or even better, if you can make a review on the Delta 36-6023. Good stuff, I have the Skil string trimmer love it, don't have the leaf blower now I know why the kit is on clearance at Lowe's they have a new model coming out. Hey I have one more request/recommendation for you. You know how I was saying the Skil table saw is the best budget saw with all the bells and whistles for 350 or less? Checkout the Skil 10 inch dual bevel sliding miter saw. I've had mine for 2 years, and honestly I've never had the need to upgrade to a 12 and don't have the need or want to get a different brand. You name the things your looking for in a dual bevel sliding miter, it's got it (minus the 12 inch it's a 10, not everyone needs a 12, I never have). But at $250, it's bar none the best budget miter out there.

Or you could just buy an EGO push button self winding string line trimmer....with one button it pulls in the line and viola you are ready to go and auto adjusts the line while trimming as well. Ive had mine for years and its amazingly lite weight ...rips thru high grass with ease as needed and super reliable. If EGO didnt exist then yes I would have considered a Skil trimmer.

Looks like the blower need a nozzle attachment, which like any other brand that you need to buy separately.

The best way to do yard work is sitting on the porch with a cigar and scotch and watching someone else doing it.
