Lightning Returns Bhunivelze+ speedrun setup

Жыл бұрынSpeedrun setup to easily dispatch Bhunivelze+ (from one of my NG+DASH save files). A good fight should be around 1:40.
Phase 1: Counter Bhunivelze's element with the opposite element, either via an elemental potion or an elemental bracelet equipped on Lightning. Use a Hero's Potion and stagger using Beat Down. Then finish him off with Light Slash / Deprotect Hunter, with Hard Hitter Lv 3 you will interrupt any of his attacks.
Phase 2: Stagger using -ra spells (Firas/Thundaras) and finish him off with Light Slash / Deprotect Hunter.

I notice you use Kikuichimonji in a lot of runs for your primary attacking setup. Is it just because it's the cheapest weapon with Hard Hitter on it? In other words, would you instead use Masamune if you had the gil? Or is there another reason

Yeah, it’s the cheapest katana in the game and you can also upgrade it in NG+ to the same end stats as any other katana. So there’s no reason to go for a weapon like Masamune in a speedrun setting.
