This is my former home amusement park and I love Lightning Run! I took my now husband and step kids here one weekend and thought we'd go on LR after the pirate ship, as it looked a little more tame than other sizeable, intimidating coasters. In short, we thought it would be a nice warm-up coaster. NOPE. 😂😂😂

Lightning Run is the complete opposite of KI’s former Son Of Beast. By that, I mean that SOB was designed with wow-factor statistics given preference whereas LR was designed with pleasure given preference. LR is truly well designed-being both fun and intense at the same time.
