Realistically If electric eels were struck by lightning they would perish 1. Their own strength is their weakness 2. And even if that didn’t kill them they would be overloaded which would make them explode like an overcharged battery

Electrical force (voltage) is entirely different to mechanical force. Its would take a LOT of current to move water, and lightning is high voltage like milliona of volts but not much amperage since it's just a pressure relief really.
