I was deaf all day after my. 270 went off in my truck and went through the passenger seat out the passenger door. The passenger window was up thank god as that bullet would have shattered it and my drivers window was down. Never will i try to unload a gun in a vehicle again especially a Winchester . 270 bolt action as i google that model and they fire when safety is taken off as my finger was no where the trigger. You are not able to pull the bolt back to eject a round on safety and soon as i clicked the safety off BOOM 🤯🤯🤯. I felt drunk the whole day from that round going off in my truck.

That 30 06 does the job Stu what load and sight in distance are you using?? Keep uploading them Vids 👍👍
@HuntingwithStu2 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate. I sight in at 30m which is where the path of the bullet passes the line of sight. This means that the projectile will be dead on again at 200m while being slightly high between 30 and 200m. The projectiles are a well constructed 150grn weight and I load 1 or 2 grains above the minimum load recommendations.

Stu, If you like your 30/30 you would love a Browning BLR in 308 Winchester. I reload the 308 with the same 150 gr bullets I use my 30-06 Winchester model 70 LH. The 308 is good for all my open sight work and you know well, the 06. I haven’t used my #94 30/30 in over 25 years however my son-in-law harvested a nice white tale buck with it this year.
