I'm probably too late but good work guys, also in 4:50 part I ve seen an jujutsu style one where u actually keep it or drag it and control the body to stand on ur toes by leveraging at the wrist it would be nice to see it's variant as well, I also see it in aikido wrist lock demonstrations
