The purpose of this NEUAC session was to furnish stakeholders with information on how different LIHEAP benefit determination procedures are implemented and to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each. In addition, one program manager shared how she worked with stakeholders in her state to update their procedures to better meet the LIHEAP statutory mandate.
