The purpose of this NEUAC session was to furnish stakeholders with information on how different states and tribes have developed state-tribal agreements that they perceive best meet the needs of both parties. Such agreements specify the amount of funding (greater than the default) that will be received by the tribe, the geographic area(s) and/or tribal members who will be served by the tribe, and other important program coordination issues.
