Liiga (finnish elite hockey league) championship droughts. Animation only counts seasons played in the Liiga. Seasons team played in the mestis/1st division does not extend the length of the drought.
Number resets when team wins a championship. Teams that fell to mestis/1st division and never made it back to Liiga are removed from the animation. Bankrupted (Blues) and teams that joined the KHL (Jokerit) are removed from the animation. Cancelled Liiga season 2019-2020 doesn't extend the teams droughts.
Pelicans include previous team names Kiekkoreipas, Hockey-Reipas and Reipas Lahti.
Blues includes Kiekko-Espoo.
