I don't care what anyone says....Lil Dicky is my top rap artist and producer. He has proven that he can walk the walk, and talk the talk. The lyrics, the beats, the TV show, the comedy and not being afraid to cross the line, and his schooling and career prior to the music. As much as he is a comic in the lyrics, there's no doubt he can also get serious if he wants to do so.

Most of the reactions online and videos was confused on where the random joker like theme was coming from and people had to tell them it was apart of a separate video rather with this short film you get the full experience and nothing is left for interpretation.

The symbolism in this is amazing, it's so refreshing to see an artist actually think deep and take the time to release his craft, I've been waiting on this since his Brain album came out, Dicky will always be my favorite musician and this right here shows that he could easily be an A-list actor, honestly I might just be a fan boy because I live so close to his home town but god, this motherfucker is too good for the music industry right now. i dont know this guy, i dont like his music but i love the joker so much i clicked anyways. song was not for me and i almost left at the lapdance part in the middle but i'm glad i stayed. the ending was strangely profound and touching. figuring out you have to make art to feed your own creative soul instead of pandering to the masses isn't an especially new message but it's such an intimate realization and i guess i'm glad this guy had it. yea, love yourself. make art to soothe your own soul or to have fun, that's healing too.
