Simple: T.I. has ties with Pharrell who's one of the biggest producers in music until today, not just in rap but across genres. The same year that beef started T.I. appeared on Destiny's Childs' single so H-Town (especially Lil' Turd) thought T.I. was going to put them on if they sided with him against Flip. Cat's in TX were already jealous of Flip's shine and rising through the ranks so if an outsider was ready to threaten and challenge it, they were happy to ride with the ops. Ah well at least Chamillionaire and Z-Ro stood by Flip's side since the start and I respect them for that.
