Academically, but also physically/mentally. Workout (no gym needed, just basic excercises at home), go for walks to clear your mind and spend some outside as oppose to laying in bed at home. Trust me, i know. Finally started doing something with myself couple months ago. Stay strong✊

As a straight, asian, and Christian male want to remind you that the word is the word, forget the denomination. Because I am not righteous myself, I cannot tell others how to be righteous. All I can say is the word of man cannot be exchanged for God unless it is Jesus Christ. The Lord does tell us to watch out for false teachers and false profits. He also tells us that lucifer is the god of this world so we must be extremely cautious with the master of deception. The world is truly the bible inverted.
