everyone seems to focus on the lines in his song that are up front and obvious like "take what the devil offer" etc etc. but it seems like few mention the lines like "spend a lot of time in the background" shit like that... and for me it's those sort of lyrics that make it T O O relatable. it humanizes lil peep, because after all.. before he was lil peep, he was just gus. he was just like the rest of us. just someone stuck in the background with his own share of problems & what he saw to be "nothin' to lose" but a lot to share... he's wasn't always a star, a sort of mythical angel type icon... he had problems, just like the rest of us. and that's why his death hit a little too close to home.. cause he was just like us. Gus was just like us.

This style Peep did was amazing, reminds me of Alice Cooper, Peep legit was a real rockstar man, like the guys in the 90s, I feel like if he was still alive he would of did less hip hop and stuck the the post emo revival style along with other subgenres like pop punk and alternative rock which he already did.
