Idk what the point of your original comment was, but he's half Cuban half Mexican. Modern Cubans and Mexicans both take much of their ethnic makeup from their old european Spanish overlords, who themselves are of "white" descent as you would call it. So actually yes, from speculation, gazzy Garcia could be called white since the majority of his DNA most likely comes from Europe, as well as his phenotype largely resembling that of a European (maybe with a bit curlier hair)

Im 1/5th native American but if you saw me, I guarantee you would call me white in person, because I look "white". There isn't a person alive who is a single pure race or ethnicity. His skin is very light, and he has the bone structure of a European. So yes, he can be classified as white. Because no one is a pure race and its ridiculous to think that his likely 20 percent non European DNA makes him "not white"
