You can hear it in his voice that he wants to end the beef between the 60s and 8treys but it's not that easy especially with all the gang politics but also hearing him say pac man reached out to him that's a step in the right direction and you can tell Alex wants to try his part in ending the conflict between the 2 hoods

@rich pesos That mentality is the problem why we as a people will not unite and focus on the real enemy. You probably had homies who were killed by neighborhood crips so that hatred runs deep in your heart but at some point, as black men we have to forgive each other so we could end the cycle of self destruction in our community.

If they can come together and settle their beef that’s not only monumental for their city, but for the Gang culture nationwide. Black people there is no more need for these types of senseless killings amongst each other. And these two Hoods have been warring for decades on end. To go from being like brothers to enemies, has got to stop at some point. Family may fight, but they always seem to make amends down the line.

I never saw Nip pop out or interview lookin ashy. Even before the extra fame he never came off looking tacky or broke. He always carried himself with class. It’s levels to this and examples to observe. We miss you Nip. West ain the same without him. The crippin ain as fly either

I remember when I got the call saying nip got murdered. 1st thing I thought was the eight trays got him and I was worried cuz I’m right in the middle of both hoods Van ness and Florence, and all thought about was my kid and wife cuz they had to be home alone while I was OT for a year. Glad it was not them and to see them on slauson was a movie

Its crazy cuzz I heard the war started because the 83s protected a 90 hoover(the killer of Tyrone) out of respect for the hoovers. At the least , the 60s thought the 83s were protecting the him. Either way that made working things out impossible between the 83s and 60s.Ironically 90 hoover dissolved and became r90s nhc one of the 60s tightest allies. In the 100s just the birth of the 107 hoovers started the war. This is just theory from listening and paying attention but I feel like the beginnings of the Crip vs Crip has Hoover written all over it. Hoovers been having problems with other Crips from almost day one.
