This song kinda hits home for me. Back in 2018-2019 a buddy of mine was dealing with some life issues and had an alcohol addiction. However he was aware of this and sat down with our group admitting this and that he wanted to check himself into rehab. We supported his choice and promised we would be there for him when he got out and can hang per usual. November 2020 he found the woman of his dreams and made her his wife and has been happy ever since. If you ever by some chance come across this comment Jacob, I wanna let you know It took a lot of courage to do what you did and I’m proud of you.
