Is 2023 and this is one of my most played tracks. I have changed several phones since this came out but i have always make sure it is in every phone I ever own. DJ Khaled Tech on multiple occasions has said ever since that Carter 4 collab it totally grew his recognition...which wisely he put out 6's and 7's. In this very song he says thanks to weezy for shouting him out from jail. "ever since theres been a change in my lane, letting ppl know that strange is in the game". Its more about recognition from his peers... "why you aint call me" check that song...he puts many rappers on blast for not collabing with him. You are even a victim of wanting more recognition from your peers? You want to collab with Eminem? Your accomplished...but you want more validation...as did Tech. Like I said there's homework to be done. Every rapper on here respects/looks up to Bun. He's influenced Wayne in more ways than one as one half of UGK. & they broke a lot of walls down for the South (OutKast - Andre 3K, Cash Money, No Limit, etc.) He's accomplished enough, fan or not that can't be taken away from him. That's all.
