@@Piff_TV there’s people sitting in jail for over 10 years, currently in there still, because of the games that Fulton County prosecutors play. He has told them numerous conflicting things he even told them, in the judges chambers, that he “did it.” He had communicated that he didn’t tell the truth and numerous times the prosecutors told him that it’s OK if he lied in the past just to tell them what he believes to be true, went on stand, hence he acted the way he did on the stand. They have set every single one of them up. And no, he didn’t leave him locked up, one of the games they play is refusing a bond and so he’s stuck in there when people that Are an active threat to society get issued bonds left and right. Again, it’s a game the Fulton County DAs office place where they get locked up, no bond, no court date, no reason to still be locked up years later., approach them with a plea deal so they take the deal even if they’re not guilty just to get out. Now if true crimes were committed then they deserve to be locked up, but not until it’s found to be true and it sure doesn’t need to be based off of someone that has said that he’s not honest he’s lying and has lied throughout all of the times he’s been arrested or taken in for questioning. I am not saying he’s right or wrong, however, I am saying the situation he was put in is messed up and I don’t blame him. What Fulton county DA’s and all justice departments is and has been doing needs to be thoroughly investigated and many people should probably be let out of jail, depending on circumstances around them being there.

💯 it’s true - Woody didn’t want, didn’t ask for, didn’t take a deal. Judge signed prosecutor’s sly order to FORCE immunity onto Woody, no choice, so that he wouldn’t be ALLOWED to plead the 5th. (Bc with immunity, he (allegedly) can’t get in trouble, so 5th doesn’t apply.) Confusing, but basically he didn’t want immunity. He wanted to plead the f-ing 5th (like he shoulda done 2015). Judge & Pros forced immunity. If he tried to plead the 5th, he’d go right to jail for not testifying, likely for several years. It’s totally coercion & threats. Fk’d up.

Do you actually watch the case? Or just clips? Clearly he took the immunity because that’s why he was forced to testify. Woody himself wasn’t exactly clear on the terms. Of course Ms. Love wasn’t pleased with his behavior on the stand and his pleading the fifth on the stand. Which lead to the “secret chambers meeting” lol that was meant to “remind him” of his immunity agreement. Woody had fired the “acting” attorney while on the stand but she was forced to come to the exparte meeting to explain his deal to him as well. The whole “Woody” being forced to testify and the chambers meeting is because of the immunity agreement. Ultimately, this is what lead the Brian Steel contempt and the recusal issue that has the case completely paused - until the recusal is dealt with. There is a whole set of spinoffs that is now beyond Thug and YSL. More focused on the attorneys and the judge. If you followed the case, your comment wouldn’t be your comment. He agreed to that deal even if it was because they had him by the balls. That’s why they can force him. Some of us actually watch the case daily when it’s LIVE.

About 45 min before Woody was called to stand. Neither Woody nor Defense had any say; Defense hadn't even seen the Order til after it was signed & filed on record - AFTER Woody took the stand (6/7/24). Woody never signed it; it’s a Motion petitioning the Court to sign it, thereby forcing immunity & testimony. If a Witness (Woody) still refuses, still tries to plead the 5th, he would now be in violation the brand new Order, & would face serious consequences, like years in jail, at the Judge’s discretion.
