Lilac syrup is one of the best syrups I've ever tried. It is so fragrant and full of spring aromas that they suit different dishes and drinks.
Ingredients
Lilac Flowers 300 g
Sugar 250 g
Water 250 ml
Lemon 1 pc
Butterfly Pea Flowers 4 Pack
How to cook?
Training
1. Wash the lilacs in cool water to remove dust and debris.
2.We separate the lilac flowers from the twigs, the green stems and leaves can make the syrup bitter. Cooking syrup;

1. Pour the flowers of lilac in a bowl and spread the sliced lemon over it
2. In a deep frying pan, heat the water and add the flowers of the pea butterfly for color (you can take blueberries instead of flowers).
3. Sprinkle sugar in some colored water and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. Fill the lilac flowers with hot syrup, mix and infuse for 20 minutes in a cool place.
Syrup ready
1. Strain the syrup flowers using a sieve or cloth.
2. Fill the cooled syrup in prepared bottles or cans with a tight-fitting lid.
3. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 months. An excellent syrup for pancakes, lemonades, cocktails, smoothies, desserts and sweet pastries.
