Actually she's natural. When she's infront of camera or performing she automatically changed into charismatic performers. I think that's talent and her natural ability. Lisa Monaban. I will say for me, that when I first discovered you, the first aspect that stood out to me was your sense of style. I love your sense of style and how flattering you make each of your looks because of how you carry yourself in them. I then began to fall in love with your musicality, which I know everybody can agree has been like no other. I haven’t gotten the pleasure of hearing too many female rappers until I came across you, and you have been one of the most legendary ones I’ve known to date. It’s the confidence that makes your voice and lines soar. With your raps you represent the overall aura of each of your songs. I love the various characteristics and elements that make your voice so unique in the world of rap. You have a flow and a linguistic ability that only you possess and use to add magic to every Blackpink song. . You are also just as wondrous of a singer as you are a rapper. Sometimes I feel as if you don’t give yourself enough credit for how flawless of a singer you are. You have one of the most stable and bold singing voices to ever create music. Your singing voice is exquisite and I know it displays a more emotional, softer side of you when you share it with your audience. I don’t need to sit here and talk about how unbelievable of a dancer you are, because I know that it is just known that words cannot describe how much of an icon in dance that you are. You simply have a relationship with dance that I know nobody on Earth has ever had and will ever had. You honestly redefine what dance is every time you hit the stage, and when you do so, you can truly be yourself. You were just born to be put on this Earth not only to dance for entertainment, but also to change how the world views such a powerful art form. You wholeheartedly breathe and live dance, because when you do it, you are free. Your movements just speak a language that only you can understand, and that everybody else can only just sit back and marvel at. Your movements are flawless, seamless, flow from one to the next, but also possess so much power and precision to give them character. It really is a blessing to be able to watch you get to do what you’re passionate about for a living. In all, you are very clearly one of the most monumental musicians of all time, and you always will be. You are so unique and have so much individuality that I am not sure whether or not today’s music industry was ready for you to change it. As much as I love your musicality, I love your personality all the same. Some of the first qualities of yours that I noticed, which I admit I didn’t expect based off of your presence on stage, are how sweet and sometimes shy you were. I never see you without a smile on your face and this alone just told me how warm and kind you were. I can tell that you just genuinely are appreciative of life and every opportunity that you get every day because of how you carry yourself. You are incredibly humble, especially given the insane amount of popularity and following that Blackpink has. In this sense, I know that your members are upon some of the luckiest people in this world who get to know you. Since the beginning of Blackpink, you’ve had a belief in your members that has triumphed over any other situation that you’ve faced together. True. Haters are like yg promo them so they are popular. I mean the less promoted group is BLACKPINK. I have seen when a rookies group are debuted, they are promoted with so many shows but BLACKPINK is the only group that after their debut people didn't even heard them talking. People say yg is desperate for BLACKPINK to make them on top, I mean seriously. If yg want them in top then why are they so silent after every comeback, to gain more popularity they need to have comeback after comeback. The thing is that Lisa’s technique is so precise, sharp and very well executed. All her moves are extended which makes her pop and that takes years to do. She know how to sit in the pocket and not rush a movement or be to late. These things make her the best dancer in my opinion of the 3rd generation.

Actually I heard YG wanted her to have a dance break during Ddu-du Ddu-du but Lisa said no because she would rather have all the other girls dance with her on stage then dance alone for the comeback. So the final dance break ended up being all 4 instead of just Lisa. Edit: alright so some fans pointed out that the decision to cut Lisa’s dance break was actually YG’s but it’s unclear exactly why. Again some are saying it’s because the girls felt the dance break looked better as a group, others are claiming YG didn’t want Lisa to shine. Only BP and YG know the real reason
