@@luchilovesyou9260 well, he was undergoing treatment for a medical condition that he had, called myasthenia gravis, and the nurse in charge failed to pull the catheter out properly (they ran it thru his neck as they could not find any other suitable artery), the catheter tore a blood vessel in his chest, and he went into cardiac and respiratory arrest (his heart stopped and he stopped breathing). the nursed panicked, and ended up taking 10 minutes to call a code (a code is called in a hospital when someone goes into cardiac arrest, so CPR and defibrillation can be used to try and sav the patients life.) his widow filed a wrongful death lawsuit, and won.

This was Wayne's first song to hit big time on the mainstream. Everyone who was a fan of his and followed hip hop knew him but this song was his first foray into the mainstream and finally recognised on a global scale. 2006-2009 Wayne was one another level. No rapper was as active as he was during that era.
