Two-month-old female Asian elephant calf Lily plays in the Oregon Zoo elephant habitat with her mother Rose-Tu, big brother Samudra and aunts Shine and Chendra.

Fuzzy wuzzy was an energetic baby elephant. Whew! No wonder the mama's need a nanny to help keep track of the little ones!

I got to see Lily yesterday. My way of celebrating my sister Robin's birthday. Robin loved going to the Zoo. She would have LOVED seeing Lily with me.

The 71lincolncoupe Thank you ! I've posed similar comments about the idiots that post exhibiting their ignorance, oft times anger and abuse of the site. I thank the Zoo for protecting these animals from humans, poachers and the evilness in the world. It's a wonderful video, and I appreciate every one of them.

These animals need to be in SANCTUARY or the wild. They do not do well in captivity. This is inhumane

Wonderful creature. I love elephants. I wish they were safe from poachers in the wild. I don't like seeing them in captivity but at least these won't be killed for their tusks.

Please who ever owns them ( I think it's wrong for anyone to own them ) but please be kind to them and treat them with kindness and love because these animals are so much like humans...... thank you!

Please Serve herd of elephants because elephants are icons of Lord Ganesha so you can keep herd of elephants as your helpers in the police station and police colleges

Precious absolutely precious!’ Portland Zoo is a real winner!!! You all Have done a fantastic job of giving the elephants a wonderful exhibit !!! It’s beautiful!! I wish there was a way for the Tacoma Wa zoo to give you the elephants they have.... such a tiny exhibit and they look depressed EVERY time I set them! The Portland Zoo is fantastic and.... I’d like to thank you all the love and caring the animals have!!!’ Kathy Washington State

Lily passed away These elephants need to be in SANCTUARY or the wild. Keeping them couped up for people is not humane
