That happened on IE MSP 2 years ago, so many people got locked, it was insane. (This was around the time when there was like the evil moustache that hacked you thing was happening on US MSP)

People been using Charlie stop make designs to ultra rares actually, so those are normal ultras But they been using Charles to do that so I hope you know that. (:

My friend was complaining about how you cant but them, but I think its good that you cant because if you could, there would be no point in it being ultra rare because you could buy them, and if you can glitch most ultras into the design studio there would be no point of ultras at all.
