An Identity that gives itself same-turn Haste/inflicts same-turn Bind, and has 0 Coin Power, sounds like something Project Moon would invent for April Fools' day. Some other particularly cursed things about this ID that I noticed (and thankfully ESGOO didn't): -His Speed range is 1~1, meaning he is guaranteed to go last, and also makes it basically impossible for Cinq Don's passives to trigger if he's participating in combat. Great synergy! -He just... doesn't have Stagger Thresholds, or they haven't been specified? But funnily enough, if he did have one, his Blunt Resistance would actually IMPROVE upon being Staggered. I may have made some odd decisions while trying to rework the Base IDs from scratch, but those are NOTHING compared to whatever this guy was smoking.
