Limbus Company Overexplained: Targeting & Speed.

Start of a series, where I go over all the parts of #limbus and try to explain them as much as I physically can, which tends to be a lot.
These are meant to be understandable, though they might not end up being simple. There are a lot of small things in this game which can be used, and the main goal is to share how to use those, to get the most mileage out of whatever you have in game

The above video doesn't mention some parts absorb more than one attack weight if targeted, do keep that in mind.

I have a thousand hour or so in the game myself (mostly perfecting Railway).. gotta say this is well-explained, coherent, and touching the mechanics that the majority is barely aware of. Makes me to check out other contents you have.

Thank you very much! I plan to keep doing that, and I hope they’re the same quality or better. Also, if I can rant this long about targeting, imagine what I can do with coins.

when multiple enemies target you in clash and they have a speed-tie: they instead use priority of skillslots (left highest to right lowest), and then deployment order.

Yes, but priority of skill slots is determined by deployment order isn’t it? Or am I mistaken. I also forgot to talk about solos and such, if that’s what you mean. If you have a lot of slots on one character and outspeed, everything happens in the order you select targets, which is very useful to know. Maybe that’s what you mean?

@@ComCola-cve1 enemies who speedtie each other in the same skillslot have their own assortment of priority when targetting the same sinner. you can see this by viewing the single-arrow selection in combat, as it will show you who goes first.

Yeah, I knew that. It also seems to effect what AoEs target first, and all that. Usually it’s left to right but not always because… annoying. I’m glad to know the arrow options can show that though, that’s useful. Thank you greatly!

@@ComCola-cve1 once you know single-arrow shows you the order of enemy turns you basically never go back, its just so much easier to read one at a time.

@@ComCola-cve1 also i believe its usually left-uppermost has priority! it goes from uppermost/bottom-most in sequences of 1-2.

I want to potentially use an AI voice of Yi Sang if I can, don’t feel live voicing it over myself, and TTS is kinda lame. But yeah, for now I’m unfortunately gonna do it like that
