To reach 70 to 80 breaths in 10 mints one should hold the breath for 3 sec. Inhale hold for 3 sec thn exhale. Thanks for sharing this amazing n informative video 🙏

नमस्कार। आप के द्वारा बताई गई बातें ज्ञानवर्धक और रोचक हैं। मैं काफी दिनों से प्राणायाम कर रहा हूं। मुझे ऐसा अनुभव होता है कि जब मैं वाम या दाहिने नासिका से श्वास लेता हूं या छोड़ता हूं, उस समय मेरी छाती, पेट का मुवमेंट क्रमश: वाम और दाहिने हिस्से में ही हो रहा है। ऐसा क्यों? बाकी समान्य है और इसे मैं इंजाय भी करता हूं। प्रणाम।

यह ईडा और पिंगला नाड़ियों की वजह से हो रहा है लेकिन यह शरीर में जाकर दोनों तरफ समान फुलाव होता है आपका यह एक ही तरफ पता नहीं क्यों हो रहा है आप एक बार स्वर विज्ञान के बारे में अच्छी तरह से कोई पुस्तक पढ़ ले अथवा किसी शिक्षित गुरु से परामर्श ले

Sir We breath through lungs.means inspired air reaches each and every part of lungs.THEY NEVER REACH OUR नाभी or stomach. मुझे लगता है यह क्रिया एकाग्रता के लिए,एकविचारी बनने के लिए योग्य है. Prana flows through nadis, it's not physical breath . Hence differs from anatomy .

आनापानसती ध्यान विधि तो आपको अलग अलग चक्रो से क्रमशः श्वास लेना बताती है। जो कि एनाटमी के अनुसार असंभव है। परन्तु बहुत थोड़ी देर मे ही ध्यान के माध्यम से विभिन्न चक्र महसूस होने लगते है, एवम श्वास लेना प्रारंभ करदेते है। मुझे लगता है कि ध्यान हमारे सुक्ष्म शरीर को जाग्रत कर देता है और हमे नये आयाम का ज्ञान होने लगता है।👍

Air is not Prana. Prana is throughout the body. Entire body breathes not just lungs. Western education system is blind. Medical system wants to keep the crowd diseased so it gets benefitted.

Thank you for an amazing video. I tried time bound breathing today. I had only 27 breathing cycle in 15 mts. Where as u suggested around 120 cycles. So what does this means, please clarify. Do i need to beathe faster

I felt it incredible kundalini jagrut..but after 7 days suddenly my right ear loss due to vain dry between Ear and brain..so whatever do please do careful.. Since then I am not able to do meditation becz of tinnitus sounds in ear 24*7
