As far as I know, Limit (as some other Guilds) switched to a Raidlead not being part of the actual Raid in-game. This gives him the significant advantage of a mere observer, being able to focus much more on mechanics, identifying flaws and calling out the complete situation. Much like a Coach in the NFL
