Thanks. It still has a ways to go but it feels like I'm making some progress.

Limited Pro is a new NQS class. We ran the first time at Talmage this year. Limited to 70 cubic inches and must run an itegral (cam box) injection pump and indirect injection. A few other minor differences. There is a Facebook page called "Limited Pro Stock Diesel Garden Tractor Pulling". All the rules are posted there.

How does a limited pro stock diesel differ from the diesel tractors that run the NQS series? Thanks

What kind of engine is this and what would it have originally come on

What transaxle does this tractor have, just wondering where it will handle the power your making, and and if it's the stock transaxle that came in that tractor
@farmallgray5 жыл бұрын
It is a Cub Cadet transaxle, but only the housing is stock. The internal parts are all aftermarket. Has a Dodge Dart diff carrier and axles, heavy duty ring and pinion and custom gears and HD bearings and shafts. Tractor has a lot more power now than in this video. Check some of my other videos. The tractor is now painted red.

@@farmallgray ok awesome, are you using a modified cub clutch or do you gave a clutch that's completely custom

@@danielroachnebot is based on the Cub Cadet design but is a double disc 5 puck unit with a yellow spring. Comes from Midwest Supercub.

Awesome!!! I recently put a turbo on my D1105 zero turn as well as removing timing shims and rack screw. Would you mind telling me how to turn the delivery valves/ barrels? I see a lot of talk about delivery valve cutting and turning but no instructions on how to, that I can find, anyway. Thanks!
@farmallgray Жыл бұрын
@Johnny Appleseed I wouldn't turn the barrels in your application. That is how they balance the fuel between cylinders. Chances are, one is already open all the way and opening the others will give them extra fuel compared to the one. I also wouldn't bother cutting the deliver valves. You gain very little fuel and it makes the engine really clatter, and won't idle as smooth.
