this track is tuned to 852hz, a Solfeggio frequency associated with the Ajna chakra, or Third Eye. The Ajna chakra interfaces with the pineal gland, which regulates melatonin, responsible for our sleeping and dreaming along with being a powerful free radical scavenger and antioxidant. Our Third Eye is also the source of our creativity and divine intuition.
It uses the Siri Gaitri mantra, "Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung", which can help awaken kundalini energy at the base of the spine, infusing our energy centers with powerful energy as it moves up the central column to the third eye and out the crown chakra. It is also a beautiful mantra for sending healing at a distance.
