I am in such a better place now with my mental health (the best it's ever been actually 🥹) This video took me a while to bring myself to edit. I started off wanting to document it all and then decided to stop. To REALLY disconnect. *I went to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Krabi and Ko Tao before flying to Bali. But this is what I managed to capture during my first week. And a couple things I learned. And how i started to heal.

John 3:16 Proverbs 11:2 “When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom. ” Proverbs 16:5 “The LORD detests all the proud of heart. Be sure of this: They will not go unpunished. Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before before a fall. Genesis 1:26-27 - “Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth. Jesus is coming back soon!! Repent and believe!! Jesus loves you and wants a relationship with you 🫶🏽 Plis read revelation 3:15-18 on google if you don’t have a Bible. (Exodus 20:7) You shall not invoke the name of the LORD, your God, in vain. Please don’t use Gods name in vain, it’s dangerous Has a nation ever changed its gods? (Yet they are not gods at all.) But my people have exchanged their glorious God for worthless idols. Jeremiah 2:11) having idols of any kind isn’t good 🙅‍♀️ Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods? If we mix those together it makes a lukewarm which they will be spat out Gods mouth and won’t inherit the kingdom of heaven. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.John 3:16. The monologue got me🥹🥹🥺 I’ve just turned 25 and I figured out that it’s not a quarter life crisis I’m actually having the need to travel and explore. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve travelled like five countries this year but I was meant to take a gap year after I graduated in 2020, but sadly Covid happened and that got delayed ,but it’s always something I’ve wanted to to Jess, go back, packing or travelling in Asia for six months. I'm going through the same thing. I'm 25 and I just graduated college. I couldn't figure out why I was so miserable and couldn't find happiness with anything. I started doing mini-trips around my state ALONE and now I'm planning solo trips around the world. I was spiraling because I had been living for so long for someone else. I feel like myself when I'm on my trips. I eat what I want to eat and do what I want to do. I grew up as the oldest of 6 and spent my teenage years raising my siblings. Then I went to college and put my needs and wants on the back burner. I could only focus on everything I've done wrong and everything I still needed to do. Leaving was the best decision I could've ever made.

Girl, I do not leave comments in general… but this video is something. This masterpiece made me cry, and turned off my overwhelming anxiety. This is one of the most amazing and inspiring and noteworthy videos I’ve ever seen throughout my life. I definitely will rewatch it again. As a 18-year-old girl, going through graduation from the high school and having extreme anxiety about my future, I can say for sure that it helped me to realize how precious I am. Everything about this video is amazing! Specially the honesty and the message Linda is sending to the world. As someone who recently moved alone to the other side of the world and as an overthinker, I could relate to a lot of the things that were said in this video, which also served as a reminder to keep showing up everyday and live in the present moment. Ahhh this was such a good video. Thailand is such a beautiful place, you visited some of the foodie spots that I went to when I went as well. It's such a gorgeous place to really just switch off and appreciate a different way of life.

Linda, you have really helped me. I had an ED and it really took a toll on my body. I lost 15+ pounds in just two months, and I didn’t think I could ever get back to where I was before. But I found your channel and I binged so many of your videos. Probably hours of just you and your posts, and I felt somewhat healed. I can’t even describe the impact you have made on me. I have cried for the majority of this video, especially towards the end. I don't know why, to be honest, but it felt good. Thank you, this has been truly emotional, relatable, touching and real. Something we don't see often on the internet. Our body is our home and we should love ourselves more. We only get to live this one life and who knows how long it will last?

I'm 27 and I moved to South Korea to teach about 3 years ago. I've loved it, but I am definitely worn out mentally. It was my first time living alone and I was in a completely different country. I had a lot of ups but I also had some major downs while I've been here. I feel as if I owe it to myself to take a good break and actually relax. That's why I chose to vacation for 9 days in Thailand this Christmas as my last spot here in Asia before I move.( I have traveled to Vietnam with my friend and Japan solo, but they were both only for a weekend or shorter.) I am so excited to go and watching your video just assures me that I made the right choice. I am going solo and I am definitely looking for some healing and just pure happiness as I can really take a break from working what seems like nonstop for 3 years. Loved your video and glad you had a healing mental health break🥰

As someone who has dealt with burnout, and learned from my therapist recently that before I got sick a few years ago (still recovering) that burnout was one of the MANY causes, including several things you had to overcome, this video brings me so much joy. To see YOU experience and find your joys, your Self and your true nature. I had a very difficult week as I lost all patience with my recovery process - it may be 1-2 more years until I reach the finish line and can get my life back. But you are reminding me that work is not the end goal. Pushing myself to fill my days to keep busy (and then crash and feel very sick because my body is not ready and still needs a lot of rest) is not the way to do things. I started watching your content when I first got really ill to visualize myself working out again, the wholesome family and Milo vibes, the fun cooking times...and because you felt like a little sister to me. Now, I watch you from a different lens, and one which you have had to experience up to a certain degree as well. I am looking forward to being able to travel again one day and visit Thailand. For now, I am sending you so much love and a big hug from Montreal, CA. :)

I rarely ever write comments anywhere but Linda, you have no idea how inspiring you really are! And also, how relatable-- last summer was all about festivals, partying and friends for me. Even though they made me feel better for a little while, i realized how lonely i am - even with company. So this year i chose to stay home most of the time and focus on myself. I finally learned how to be alone and how to not feel bad about it, how to entertain myself, educate myself, find a way back to my fave hobbies... So what i want to say is - while i was watching this video i felt so connected... IDK HOW TO WORD IT the point is we love you Linda!
