What I love about this is that they told her before she was eliminated that she wouldn't be able to fill an arena with her talent and now they invited her back to perform before her world tour! She didn't just fill an arena with her talent, but the entire world, and that's something that the judges can't do themselves and something that they didn't get her to do.

Somehow I feel Lzzy Hale doesn't get enough credit for her amazing vocal performance on this song...

I noticed, as a vocalist (vocalist major), that Lzzy seemed kind of distracted at the very beginning, but when she got it, (because I was rooting for her) i just started crying. she was like "im not gonna let my nerves do this" or whatever she was thinking, and she just like, broke through, it seemed to me like she broke through whatever it was that was distracting her and got straight to the point, the sword that is the beauty of music that cuts straight through you, and i just started crying.

LINDSEY !!! Anyone else see the snotty look on Howie's face during the standing ovation whereas the other judges were smiling? Nope, no smile on his face, and he quickly checked to see if the camera was on him.That was probably due to the comments of Sharon's, Pier's, and his that Lindsey would never play well while moving around that they made on season 5. Stuff like Lindsey would never be able to have anyone come to watch her when she had a show. Came back to bite him in the ass.And especially Pier's and his horrible 'rats' comment. They kept her in, she made it past the X's, but later stayed in due exclusive by the fan vote. And now look at her career. And how much better she has gotten. People adore her music and the way she moves on stage. They never realized how talented Lindsey really was. She has brought the violin out of the dusty 'only good for Country and Classical', thinking and made it something powerful and unique. "Take that Pierce!"

Lzzy sounds awesome live, was not expecting that (I just recently started getting into her music)

She's got such an incredible presence. She plays and moves with perfect grace and it seems effortless, and she exudes such an amazing energy because she's in her element... she was born for this and when she's performing, she transcends and becomes something divine. It's like watching true magic happen.

So I came here for Stirling, but ended up getting taken by Hale. Lindsey is awesome, but Lzzy had such power without getting sloppy. That's a hard mark to hit! Maybe it's because I already know Lindsey is amazing, but I feel like Lzzy stole the show. But Lindsey rocked the house too! I can't decide; this is an amazing duo.

Sterling chose the perfect vocalist for this. Sterling's energy on stage is just incredible and that energy displays the talent with which she plays. There are no helpful markings on a violin, nothing to tell you where to fret the strings yet in the midst of flowing motion she nails it. Absolutely top notch.

many people are blaming the judges for being blind and not knowing talent. But at that point of time she really wasn't like super good and i think the performance she got voted off was not a good one. She improved a lot and its good for her, but it wasn't really the judges fault for voting her off

Okay... So i don't understand all the haters. Make no mistake she won't be performing Mozart at Carnegie Hall anytime soon, but she is brilliant in what she does. This is my favorite Lindsey Stirling song!! The stage performance was awesome!!!!!!!

As someone who was classically trained in Viola (since majority of the population does not know what a viola is, it is similar to a violin in a way. Most violas are always slightly bigger also have one string that is different. Violas are lower pitched compared a a violin) I love the violin parts, I love the singing too, but I wish I could JUST hear the violin parts! I guess my ears are just tuned to it now, I can hear it majority of the time but also doesn't help with vocals sometimes. Because it sounded beautiful and the vocals do not give it justice. (Although she is a good singer, Lindsey is a different artist than most people, not many people play the violin anymore think about it) and it should be heard. The amount of singers in comparison to violinists is slim to none.

I love how they actually put someone who is known in the rock world on a popular TV show! Lindsey is also more known on the pop charts whereas Halestorm is well know on the hard rock charts. I love both, and when I saw that they were performing together I just had to see it! There aren't many hard rock artists on this kind of TV show, it's mostly pop and alternative, so showing Lindsey in the spotlight does make sense because that's what people watch the show for. I do wish Halestorm would get more fans (because they are amazing!!!) and this is the perfect opportunity! (I also wish I were as good and awesome at playing violin as Lindsey. Well, we all can dream, right?)
