***** I am well! I saw Lindsey at her first show of the Music Box Tour and we were up front, it was so awesome! It was our third time seeing her live! How are you?

*****, I'm sorry.. I was like that a couple weeks ago and I ended up on antibiotics because it became sinusitis.. But glad you're feeling better.. Nuts are great for that third issue or high fiber hot cereal from Quaker Oats!

*****, I also regularly use apple cider vinegar and doTERRA essential oils to help with illnesses unless I can't get to them quick enough then I head to the doctor.. I already see my doctors yes two an internal specialist and a rheumatologist every few months because of my Ankylosing Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia so I try to not go to them for anything minor! doTERRA is the only essential oils that I trust to be 100% pure and safe enough for ingestion! 😉
